Bit of a disaster here.
I'm trying to make a heatpack, one that you can sling round your shoulders to loosen up those stiff, tight muscles.
But I think what I've ended up with is less like a heatpack and more of a thin, narrow, mean little doorsnake for your shoulders.

Where did I go wrong?

Ahahahaha! Mean snake :-) i think all you have to do is make the fabric a whole lot wider to start with. And stuff it a whole lot less. It should just kind of flow around your shoulders, not be stiff. I find when I make mine (and I copied directly off one I already owned!) I only fill it to the halfway point and then sew it shut, and the wheat or rice or whatever just floats into place. I hope that helps!! xxx
